I have the most vivid dreams. They are so realistic that sometimes I think the events really happened. What does this mean?
Vivid dreams are a sign of creativity, an expression of your creative self and its longing to come out. It's important that you find an outlet for your creativity during the day so you aren't starved for this kind of energy.
You might want to paint your dreams or keep a dream journal so you can write them down. Also, notice what themes come up in your dreams and see how it relates to your daily life. Dreams are a great source of wisdom. You can try asking a question about some issue in your life that needs to be solved before you go to sleep, then record your dream in the morning in your journal to see the answer. This is a creative form of problem solving. Have fun with it!"
